operation of the compressor, and to solve them according to the actual causes.
General screw air compressor refrigerated dryer in the operation of the
sudden stop mainly for the following reasons:
1, the working environment temperature is too high, I think this summer, we
have experienced many times this cause of downtime; ambient temperature is too
high will lead to go into the temperature is too high, and the cause of the
ambient temperature is too high in addition to the weather, many times and
poor environmental ventilation treatment has a lot to do with; screw air
compressor operation process will generate a lot of heat, so the air pressure
station to do enough ventilation.
2, the condenser cooling effect is not good, this problem and the ambient
temperature is too high, generally the fan is bad or condenser too much ash
accumulation, deal with it. The water-cooled type generally does not encounter
this problem.
3, the equipment gas volume is too large, sometimes in order to improve the
pressure will open a large total gas volume, which naturally increases the
processing burden of the refrigerated dryer, resulting in downtime; this
situation is generally due to the overall planning and design of the air
pressure system is not reasonable, the need to configure a large processing
capacity of the chiller to deal with this problem.
